On Monday, Major General Amir Hatami, speaking at a local ceremony in Iran's western and northwestern regions, declared that the country will respond with full force to any enemy aggression. He emphasized that the four pillars set by Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei for the army are: strengthening synergy and interaction among the armed forces, improving the combat power of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army, boosting the excellence of wisdom and spirituality, and enhancing the livelihoods of employees. Hatami noted that today's war is a war of will, thought, and national resilience, and that enemies, after failing to achieve their malicious goals, continue to plot and orchestrate new threats against the country. He added that the armed forces, relying on faith, experience, readiness, and unwavering support from the nation, monitor the enemy’s short, medium, and long-term movements and are prepared to confront any scenario. Hatami underscored that, based on these four pillars, Iran’s armed forces will defend the nation’s independence, territorial integrity, and security with full power.
